Hi @Dulten  I'm a bit confused here. You say you have a Charge 2, but have posted in the Alta Forum with an Alta label on your post. Which tracker do you have?

Also can you be a bit clearer regarding which notifications you are not receiving. Do you mean phone calls, emails and texts etc? If so have a look at THIS Help Article 9n Troubleshooting Notifications.
