reset stride on Alta to default?

 I tried leaving the stride  blank as someone suggested but not working

Can someone give me the default number or how to reset back to original

Leaving it blank will tell Fitbit to take an educated guess based on your gender, age, height, etc. 

This is the default setting. 

 

It is always better to enter your average stride.

Then go for a walk of a known distance. Take the steps Fitbit counted and use an online stride calculator to determine your stride.
