Where can I find that command on my computer? I can initiate a sync on my mobile device but can't figure out how to do it on my laptop.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I've been a Fit Bit user for years, starting with the original deice that you wore in your pocket or attached to your underwear. I've had the app set up on my computer and my phone throughout. With my current device - an Alta HR -in use now for 2 1/2 years, I find it will sync sooner or later, but I would like to be able to initiate a sync. Sometimes it takes a long time to recognize my device and do the sync. I can cause it to sync with my android phone by swiping down from the top of the dashboard screen, but that doesn't work with my laptop. I don't see anything in the set-up instructions that allows me to click a button or link to "sync now". Can you point me to directions specifically for that?

You would need the Fitbit App for your particular computer operating system. When you open the app, you'd tell it to sync.

Again, thank you. I do have the app for my computer. When I open it, there is no place to tell it to sync.

Any chance of showing a screenshot of what you see? What computer and operating system do you have?
