Hi @ricardi  the first thing to do when something isn't working - do a restart a few times of the Fitbit device. Have you tried that?

I have read SO MANY posts to this effect. It wont respond to taps, wont synch, wont show anything on display etc. Mine has the same issue. I restarted it and it came back on for less than an hour. Then went dead again. I restarted it again and it came back on. The battery is showing more than 60%.
I got with support but all they said it its beyond warranty period and offered 25% off towards the new device. I am NOT going to buy another device. This already my device #2. My old flex also went out in couple of years. They do need to make better product that lasts instead of making an array of different styles and stand by the quality of the product.
Needless to say I'm frustrated.

Sounds like they just croak off after a while. They could put a note into
their software that tells you how to decide if it is actually dead. :>)
