HI,

I opened my fitbit dashboard on my computer - but it doesn't show all the sleep and heart data that I can see on my phone. 

How do I get this on my computer?

By the fitbit dashboard I assume you mean the dashboard on the website? If so, go to your app store and download the fitbit app. That should show you the same data as your phone does. Let us know if that solves your problem (or not!)

how do I get the data on my computer like it is on my phone?  It says to download the app.  I have the app downloaded on my phone but I want it on my computer.  The website isn't much help

When you're on the website if you press this icon you should be able to add any missing tiles.  This button isn't always there, you may need to be on today and refresh the page for it to show up,
