Miles when cycling don't register. Àll in steps and wrong milage. 27 miles reads as 4.8 miles and 10000 steps.

Hi Roberto, that should of course read 27 miles and not 0.27! If I try to
put my ride on manually it will only let me log it as Bike, not Outdoor
bike. That doesn't really matter but it's strange that it only wants to
record time taken and not actual distance covered. I do use a Garmin to
record milage.

Hi there @BEGEE, nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are having issues to track your cycling miles. Nonetheless I would like to know more details about how you are tracking your exercise? Which model of tracker are you using?

Also I'm curious to know what you are referring when you say 0.27 miles read as 4.8 miles and 10,000 steps? Perhaps you can share with me a screenshot to have a closer look and we can find a solution. If you want to learn more about how to upload images to our Community, this post will guide you through.

I'll be looking forward to your response, see you soon!
