I got a fitbit charge 3 for Christmas and the only thing that has gone right is that i believe i was able to get my fitbit connected to the app on my Samsung Galaxy s8+. After I got both devices connected, the message 001 started popping up everytime I disconnected it from its charger. I have already tried restarting it by holding the side button down while it was charging. Everytime I would restart my fitbit, the message would go away but only for about a minute or two. Now I'm just wondering if I got a defective fitbit. Can someone help me fix it please?

@Shelby1701 Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't working as it should. Since this is a new device I guess you recently updated its firmware but I would like to make sure the update was completed. Do you see any update message on your app? Could you take a picture of your Charge 3 when it shows the error code? Try to see if you can update its firmware again by restarting it and proceed to the app to check for updates.

We already found out what the problem actually was. There was actually troubleshooting involved but we're already sending it back while the company will give us a replacement. But thank you for helping me out the best you could. @AlvaroFitbit
