I can't find whatever I need to press to clear the #1 that is on my tracker logo. No messages or notifications to acknowledge.

I don't understand where the #1 is.  Is it on the app? on which screen and where on screen?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

There is a number 1 digit on the fitbit logo on the app screen.

It sounds like a notification that didn't get fully cleared. Try logging out of the app and then back in, and see if that fixes it. Restarting the tracker also might not be a bad idea. Let us know if that works.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
