Update: You should be able to sync manually and we are continuing to work to get syncing back to normal. Thanks again for your patience.
Update: Setup and pairing issues should be resolved, however, some may still have issues syncing. Our team is working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I just got my first fit bit today. I got the basic Inspire. I can now log in but when I go to connect the device it fails after I enter the 4 digit pin. I have uninstalled the app force stopped and even cleared cache. I am using galaxy note 10+

I have tried these recommended steps over and over and nothing will work. I have restarted the Versa 2, bluetooth on my phone, my phone itself... I have tried EVERYTHING.
I get to the point of entering the numbers on my Versa 2 onto my iphone, and then I get the error 503, that says "The operation couldn't be completed. (com.fitbit.HTTP error 503"
Please, how do I fix this?
My Charge 2 has not synced since an update was downloaded approx 24th November. It's very disappointing as it is only 12 months old and is now more or less obsolete. I will not buy a Fitbit again unless the issues are resolved.

My Alta HR stopped syncing a while ago.
Tried all the usual steps: reset it, reinstalled the app (which kept crashing, btw), deleted it and tried connecting a new device. My phone is able to detect the device and sends the 4 digit code, but I insert it and still it does not connect. Error message is either "sorry the connection is taking longer than usual" ou "make sure your tracker is charger and turned on, etc...".
Any suggestions?

I’ve done all the resets,reboots,disconnects,unpaired,shut off the WiFi from my phone .
And I’m still getting the 500,502,503 errors.Now I can’t get my Fitbit paired again.
Best Answer😀... well they are most definitely counted as steps when you are on Weight Watchers. I just was meaning that it was definitely counting movement and syncing between wristband and app. 😉
