Update: You should be able to sync manually and we are continuing to work to get syncing back to normal. Thanks again for your patience.
Update: Setup and pairing issues should be resolved, however, some may still have issues syncing. Our team is working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I've merged several posts together. We are aware of an issue with seeing your account data, signing up and syncing in the Fitbit app. Some may see error 503. This is affecting both Android and iOS. You are not alone. There are multiple problems being reported with Charge 3 at the moment, just check some of the forum threads but Syncing is definitely one of the issues. See this thread:

Best AnswerLike I posted above ... it's not just you. I think there is something going on with the server or something. Hoping it will be fixed soon and keeping an eye on the appstore for any update they may release to fix the issue.
Best AnswerLiterally just got my versa 2 delivered not even an hour ago. So excited to get it set up, keep getting error 500 or 503. Anybody have any idea when this will be solved? Decided to search a little and so. Many. People have been having these syncing issues for a long time now. What gives??? Also scared I might’ve wasted time and money, just wanna return it asap. Should’ve stuck to Apple.

Earlier the Fitbit App was experiencing issues effecting everyone trying to log on to the the App as well as erratic app behavior if you were able to remain in the Fitbit App. This issue also effected syncing as well. I was experiencing it too. It’s appears as if it now functioning. Please try syncing now and let me know if your still currently experiencing this issue.

Best AnswerI've been trying all day to set a new Inspire up. Won't finish on Win 10. Won't finish on LG Android. Won't pair through the bluetooth controls, but will find it with bluetooth. Finds the device and provides the code, then it can't connect. Just refuses to work. I see that many are having the same issue. I've tried all the steps, deleted the app then downloaded it again. I've tried my phone and my tablet. No luck with either. I can't finish setting up my fitbit so it does me no good.The Bluetooth finds it but refused to pair. Please make a ticket for this and help me get this issue resolved soon.. I used to love fitbit but not so much. So discouraging...
My recently-purchased C3 stopped syncing, and I removed it and re-added it to try to resolve the issue, but keeps failing (I keep getting the "Try Again" screen). I went through all the usual steps, including clearing user data, but no success.
Trying add my old Alta HR back onto the Fitbit app so I can at least get some sleep data tonight, and it won't work either.
Best AnswerI set up my brand new charge 3 1 week ago. Haven’t worn it yet as I was waiting for a screen protector. Won’t sync now. Says it needs to pair with phone via Bluetooth. Phone says it is connected.
