I've merged several posts together. We are aware of an issue with seeing your account data, signing up and syncing in the Fitbit app. Some may see error 503. This is affecting both Android and iOS. Finally managed to log in on my Kindle with version 2.63. Took a little while to synch but managed it.
Also managed to log in on version 3.4.1 on my phone. Synch on this is a bit iffy still and responses are slow but got through eventually.
Best Answeryou can’t even fix the problem where Fitbit no longer works with iOS 13... so what makes you think you can fix this new problem going on!!!! I’ve told everyone to buy apple products for a watch. FITBIT VERSA WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF $200 x 2 ... $400 down the drain!! You want to refund that??

Best AnswerBe calm. Today was weird, a lot of us were screwed on the issue, but it’s fixed, and mine is solid once again. It’ll roll out to you soon, if it hasn’t already. If not, just wear it and wait till morning.
Mine has never had an issue with iOS 13, unless you’re just referring to today’s issue.

Best AnswerHi there, I am currently in India and annoyingly forgot my fitbit AltaHR. I ordered a new one but by then the battery had gone flat. After charging the fitbit is working but won’t sync and tell me my sleep pattern. The actual watch is working though. Any suggestions would be great to help me fix this. Thanks in advance. Beverley
