2 Different Fitbit Users on One Mobile App

Hi All,

I have a question for my mother.

My father has the Charge HR. My mother had it installed through the app on her smartphone since my father does not use a smartphone. That had worked fine.  Then we got her the new Fitbit Alta. Can she use the same smartphone to keep both their accounts? She had been doing her account on her computer but she wants to join the challenges and can only do that through a mobile device.

Is it possible to have two fitbits for two different people under the mobile fitbit app?

Any help would be great!

Thanks inadvance,

Jamie

As far as I know you cannot, but maybe there is a way to log out of the app then login the other user and sync them.  That is the only way I could see it working is if you could log out of the app, but that would get tedious to keep doing.

Thank you. That's what she tried to do but it wasn't syncing correctly. Thank you for taking the time to reply.

@Jamie40 Welcome to our Community! @Jason212 gave the only way to do what you are requesting. It should sync correctly with the phone since it is compatible (base on the fact that both tracker are syncing with it). There shouln't be any complication with process other than having to log out from one account and log into the other one.

Keep me posted!

One App, two trackers, one iPad

Is there a way to save the email address and password so we don't have to keep doing that?

@MPThoryn Welcome to our Community! Currently this is not possible but you can vote for this idea in our Feature Request board. The more votes an idea gets the more likely our developers will try to implement it.

I'll be around!
