2 days not syncing

I have purchased Charge hr 4 days ago. Everything was fine untill the app stopped syncing. 2 days of great activity has not recorded! All the time give me messages "cant reach fitbit.com" or cant sync....what is going on???

Welcome to the Community @Saber1. If your tracker is not syncing with your Android device, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
