The 7-Day Summary on the Fitbit app shows no data on Sleep portion. I do have recorded sleep data on my Fitbit for more than a year. I reset my Fitbit and reinstalled the app. Still says no sleep data.

Best AnswerMAAay we see a screen shot?
Is your sleep setting on normal or sensative?
Best AnswerThis is my first Fitbit and so far it has been performing well. I did notice that I am having the same issue were my 15 days+ of recorded sleep data (sensitivity: normal) is never coming across into the 7-Day Summary. The only troubleshooting step I've tried is restarted the Fitbit Charge 2. Here's a screenshot of the 7-Day Summary no data in sleep issue.
I'm having the same issue?!![]()
My 7-day summary screen also records "no sleep data" just as Ash's does. In all other places (on the web and on my phone app), my sleep data (and all other data) is there, so it's not a big issue for me but something is not syncing. I've got an Alta.
I've been running into the same issue lately: Sleep tracking works fine and statistics show up both in the android app and on my browser dashboard, yet the 7-day summary claims that there's no sleep data to analyse and suggests I start tracking my sleep by wearing my Charge 2 to bed. All the other stats in the 7-day summary are accurate.

Hi everyone, thanks for posting about this issue with Sleep stats not showing up on the 7 day summary.
We are investigating it now, and it would be a huge help if you'd let me know which Android app version you're running, and when you first noticed that sleep wasn't accurately counted.
Thanks so much! 🙂
I have version 2.42 (2183089) android
Samsung 5
Charge 2 watch
Thanks

EXACTLY same problem. Everything is actually tracking and showing in app and on web. However, just the sleep data isn't being pulled into the 7 day summary report.
I use Fitbit Alta, and Fitbit Charge 2 - both up to date firmware
Android App version 2183089 on a Samsung Galaxy s7
