Just upgraded to a Fitbit 3 and discovered my Samsung A40 phone is not compatible. Are there plans to add this model ?

Let me help you with your tracker not syncing with your phone. As you said your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:
