My Charge 5 won't stop getting these even tho customer support tried a LOT of things to no avail. Last correspondence was I " should be getting version 4.11 soon". I did but nothing fixing this except .. I did it myself by grossing inflating my daily and weekly goals so I never reach them. That was not the solution I was looking for but it's apparent that Fitbit isn't providing any real fix.
