I always use the ionic to start and stop the timer for the specific type of exercise I am doing. It is no longer syncing this information correctly to the Android app. I have logged out and in again and reinstalled, but I can't get this to work reliably. Yesterday, I did 15 minutes of spinning, 15 minutes of treadmill, and 40 minutes of weights. My app says 17 minutes of exercise for the day. The dashboard on fitbit.com says the same thing.

Hello @dxbce.
Thanks for bringing this up and sharing all of the steps that you have tried so far.
In this case, it is important to mention that time doing an activity doesn't necessarily translate into active minutes. Active minutes require a certain intensity to be maintained through the whole activity for them to be counted. You can click here to read more about it.
If the intensity of the activities fluctuates while you workout, and goes under the required amount, then active minuted will not be counted. Your Ionic uses your HR to better determine the intensity so perhaps we could try regularly cleaning the HR sensor with a damp piece of cloth and then drying it. That will make sure that the HR reading is optimal and should shed more accurate numbers.
I hope you find this information useful. Let me know if there are any other questions on the matter.
