Hi @RicardoFitbit  it seems I have what @SunsetRunner  had happen. Tonight I tried starting a challenge for the weekend. At the bottom where it should say "start" I have the shadowy words "Active Challenges limit met" and there is nothing to select.

Samsung Galaxy 8, Android 9, Fitbit App version 3.7, Alta HR firmware current

Tried your suggestions with no results. Since this is a known issue, do you still need a screenshot?

I have the same exact message. Not sure what they are going to do about it. It has been weeks. I messaged them on Twitter and they said it is a work in progress.

Yes please fix it. There are probably a large number of us that cannot enjoy the full usage of the app.

Hi @Banna001  and welcome to the forums. I'm sure Fitbit is working on it. Strange though that my Samsung Galaxy 4, running Android 5.01 with 3.4.1 app version allows me to start challenges. Once I've done that, I can then use my Samsung 8 to chat as we step along. Glad you're with us!

I have been having this issue since the first week of August  I was told there is a bug and they are working on it but no idea when the issue will be fixed. My daughter and several friends are having the same issue. I wish they'd fig this out ..... 3 months and still waiting ...

This is ridiculous. Things were perfect before the upgrade
