My Versa 2 is showing my steps, etc on my wrist, but the other day on my app for Android, it showed NO DEVISE FOUND. ( I have a Samsung S7 phone) I ended up uninstalling the App and re-installing it. It seemed to work fine. Now 3 days later, it is doing it again. NO DEVISE FOUND. I don't want to keep uninstalling and re-installing every few days. Any suggestions?

I get that every once in awhile when I sync my Versa. What I do is restart my watch & phone. If it still does that, then I close the app & reopen it up again. Then, it works. The phone I have is not on the compatible list either.
