As this thread has been marked as SOLVED, although the problem still persists, I have to open a new one, in the hope that maybe someone at The Fitbit Higher Authority will do something about our complaints!
It has been 2 months since this problem appeared after an update, but there is still no solution.
We have tried everything, went through all kind of troubleshooting steps they suggested: notifications off/on, bluetooth off/on, deleting, re-pairing our devices, you name it... even buying new phones, but with no luck, we still cannot see who calls us! Why? Because the problem is NOT in our phones or settings, but in the Fitbit app!
Right now the only working temporary solution is to downgrade it to an older version (2.90) and not let the play store to update it.
We trusted in Fitbit that they will solve this issue by now, but they just blame us, while it's clear, by the number of the many complaints, and by the fact that the older versions DO WORK. It seems that they really don't care about their clients. Do you call this costumer support for an international corporation? Shame on you, Fitbit!

It's a shame for fitbit, that after more than 2 months they weren't able to fix this, and we don't even receive a competent answer with an ETA.

I am having the same issue and now it is making me doubt the whole app. There are other issues with call notifications 5 min after a call or text and other features of the app. It's very frustrating considering I love my Fitbit.
