Exercise list

I made my list of 7 exercise shortcuts, but can never seem to use it. When I want to log previous activities I get a list of unrelated activities to choose from and I can't add to it or change it.  There is no way to accurately log calesthetic type workouts. But I can`t even get the generic WORKOUT option which is on my shortcut list when I try to log previous activities.

It would help to know which tracker you are using, but:

The exercise shortcuts are for choosing workout type before the exercise, using the exercise app, starting and stopping the workout manually from the tracker.

These are not associated with manually logging a workout, which by the way, is best not done when you were wearing the tracker for the workout.

Hi,

I've got the same problem: I can't log any other activities but 'walk' 'bike' and 'outdoor bike' as previous exercise. The reason I have to log a workout afterwards is because I don't want to wear my Fitbit charge 3 during my kickboxing class.

Thank you!

If in Dutch (or Danish, I forget), try changing language to Dutch (or Danish) English.

If I understand your issue correctly, some people found that temporarily helped.  I have no idea why.
