This has only happened for one week, about 3 weeks ago. Now I can't sync the versa lite run exercise to runkeeper. I haven't changed any settings

Hi @Lmc1967. It's good that the community is growing!
Thanks for the details provided. Since nothing has changed on your end I'd recommend to try the following steps, that way we can get the Fitbit to communicate with Runkeeper:
- On the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture.
- Scroll down and tap Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
- Log in to your Fitbit account.
- Tap Revoke Access to disconnect Runkeeper app from your Fitbit account.
Once that is done, please reconnect Runkeeper one more time with Fitbit:
- Go to http://runkeeper.com and log in to your account.
- Click the magnifying glass in the top right corner and choose Connected Apps.
- In the top right corner choose My Apps and scroll down to Fitbit.
- Click Connect to Fitbit. You'll be taken to Fitbit and asked to allow authorization.
- Log in with your Fitbit credentials.
Let me know how everything goes!
