Active minutes disappearing

Hi all,

My app was showing around 120 active minutes, 2200 calories as I did a long walk today. Suddenly, active minutes show as 9 nd calories went down, which seems it deregistered my activity today. Seems steps and km are ok though. Is there any problem with the software currently or what could be causing this?

Hi @isabel_ap, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, seems odd that your Charge 2 removed your active minutes. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the active minutes were removed from the Fitbit itself or from the Fitbit app after a syncing process was completed? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and let me know if the issue persists.

Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Ricardo, the minutes and calories changed in the fitbit itself and later
updated on the app, losing the info. I tried logging out and restarting
several times but seems the data is gone.

It happened yesterday for the first time and it is the only instance.
Thanks
