My wife's active minutes have never registered but everything else does.  Is there something in the settings that maybe is not turned on or does her Fitbit have a glitch? My Fitbit does everything correctly.

@Slychef, there are no settings that affect the active minutes are calculated.  Check out this help article: What are active minutes? for a good description of how they are calculated.

It also shows very little calories burned. For example she did over 14k steps and it says she only burned  like 700 calories.

Whereas I did close to 11k steps and burned nearly 3600 calories.

@Slychef, if your tracker calculated 3,600 calories for 11K steps, it is very, very high.  A typical 5 mile walk (10K steps) would normally consume around 700 to 800 calories.  Your calorie burn is calculated based on the info in your Profile (age, weight, height, etc.) and your heart rate. Is all of the data in your profile correct? Is your heart rate in the normal range, or highly elevated?

My profile is correct. I'm 6'5" at about 225. Heart rate is good. For a 54 year old.  But I am an executive chef that works 12 to 14 plus hours a day. I work more physical hours than most exec's.
