From the map on phone app, click on 'sharing' icon near top right just left of trashcan. Follow through several screens. On screen to post to Fitbit groups, at the bottom, click on 'Share elsewhere' to see other sharing options. I have not actually done that so can't give you any further info.
Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
