5th of november i recorded a 21km run with ionic. All was fine and synced perfectly in both app and dashboard.

Recently my 5th november run does not load in the app anymore. Other activities on the same an previous dates do show but not my 21km run.

The activity iyself is still in the dashboard as it should but the app is not loading it as i scroll down

What is wrong?

Hello there @CLA200, it is nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community! Is this happening with other GPS activities or is limited only for the run made on Nov 5th?

It is probably the app is not properly loading your exercise so I recommend to do the following: Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

Hope this helps. See you around if you need additional help.

Hi!

It was limited to the 5 nov run only.
I tried clearing th cache several times but the the cache clear and phone
restart did the job. The app is triggering downloads of historical
activities as i scroll down.

Problem solved 🙂

Thank you!
