Adding friends

Doesn't pull up any contacts from phone or connect to Facebook. Have followed all the instructions to do this and still coming up with nothing. Looks like others have the same issue and moderators just respond with the same steps to follow that don't work. Please help

Hello @Mackenzieleifel when it comes to Facebook do you get the message that "No Facebook Friends where found"? If so, it simply means that none of your friends have linked their Fitbit accounts with their Facebook accounts. 

However you say that Facebook comes up with nothing, you should see the above error message, permission to connect Facebook, or a list of Facebook friends that have Fitbits. 

If the Fitbit app isn't bringing up a list of phone contacts, I would check to see if the Fitbit app has permission to access the phone's contacts. 

Of course there also is the option to copy a link to your profile, you can then text, email, or post this link on Facebook.

All permissions are allowed for the Fitbit app on my phone so it should be seeing my contacts and it's not. For Facebook it does say 'no facebook friends were found' but there is no way that is possible as many of my friends share things on facebook from fitbit, etc... That link, you said I could share on facebook and others could add me via that?

The link I shared above is the very same link that would be shared when sending an invitation through the app. 

You can also use the share by email to send the same link.

Okay, still not addressing the 'no facebook friends found' and not accessing contacts. Can you help with this. It has been this way since I started using the app 3 years ago.
