What I mean is that I've followed everything I'm supposed to do like restart phone and device, disconnect Bluetooth and reconnect etc. And I still cannot set up my device on my account. I had to remove it due to sync issues and now cannot re-add it. Maybe customer support might have suggestions or maybe it's a Fitbit bug they're working on? I should have been more detailed in my first response I apologize.
