I followed the directions to add a new device. When I select Versa 2 (new device) and then press add, nothing happens. Return to original screen.

Same issue with versa classic. It renders my device useless. Fitbit needs to fix this immediately. Nothing you can do on your side.

What I mean is that I've followed everything I'm supposed to do like restart phone and device, disconnect Bluetooth and reconnect etc. And I still cannot set up my device on my account. I had to remove it due to sync issues and now cannot re-add it. Maybe customer support might have suggestions or maybe it's a Fitbit bug they're working on? I should have been more detailed in my first response I apologize.

I was unable to add to my Windows 7 computer, but i was able to add to my Samsung 10 smartphone.
I am trying to add audio to my watch???
