I have a cyber stalker who has multiple Fitbit accounts. This user has made it into my private group. No admin invited him, but he found a way.
I want to remove him as well as several non active members. I want to keep them on my friends list for the time being, just in case I remove someone who truly benefits from the group.
How do I remove members from my private group?

Not resolved! Didn't mean to check the resolved box!!!!!!!
Can't uncheck the box.
I love Fitbit, but it's not user friendly. 🤔

It's ok. Sometimes fingers slip. It's not marked as the solution now.

Hello @DianeYoga, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and concern about this user.
This would be handled by our Customer Support team, and I've confirmed indeed that you have already a case created with them and that your case has been forwarded to the appropriate department for further assistance with this specific inquiry.
Since this is handled by a special department, it can take a bit longer to get a reply than it normally would. However, as mentioned earlier, your case has been escalated appropriately and you will be contacted soon with more instructions.
