Dear Fitbit
When my app requires a update it throws the data around and give one the incorrect data. This must be looked at please. My calories 489 burnt before I have even exercised. How can I clear this to a zero?. Please help.

Welcome on board @Sandravn, it's nice to see you here! I'd like to clarify what you wrote in your post so I can better assist you. You say that whenever you update the Fitbit app your calories show incorrectly?
If so and you recently updated the Fitbit app, I'd recommend the following:
On the other hand, I also understood that your 489 calories appeared when you woke up. If this is the case, the value that you see on your tracker when you wake up in the morning is your estimated calorie burn for the day so far. You still burn calories even if you have been sedentary or were sleeping. We estimate your calorie burn based on your age, gender, height and weight.
