I have a fitbit charge 2 and im having problems with my silent alarms i cant get it to sync from my android to my tracker

Its nice to have you here in our Community @Rich8849. If you have configured an alarm make sure is enable by going to the Account Tab > Tap on the Trackers tile > In general settings select Silent Alarms > Review the alarm is On. If not, press the option to turn On and sync your tracker.
This also can be done from your Charge 2, press the side button on the side until you see the alarm and make sure the alarm is not cross with a line. This mean the alarm is disable and with pressing and holding the side button again you will enable the alarm.
