Alexa timers stuck

When I try to use my Amazon Alexa to set a timer, it tells me that my timer list is full and to ask Alexa to delete them. I have gone into the timer list and see that there are three timers set to zero. I have tried asking Alexa multiple times to delete them and she keeps telling me my timer list is empty. I have checked in my app on my phone and on the versa itself. I've also tried restarting the device and syncing it and I still cannot get the timers to delete. Anyone else have a problem with this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared, your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation before posting are appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Having same issue on Versa 2. Began 6.26.22 at 6am.

Followed all steps twice to avail.

Timer sets, tuns to 00 without alerting me. Now there are three at 00 and instructed to tell Alexa to clear timers.

When I do Alexa returns...No timers set.

Very discouraging. Help please.

I'm having the same issue.  It started about 5 days ago.  No timers in the Alexa app or on the watch.  I believe fitbit is using the Alexa app to set these timers as they can usually be seen in the Alexa app.  I haven't tried any restarts yet, but telling Alexa to clear the timers results in being told there are none. 

Would be great personally if google could be used instead of Alexa.

Mine has sorted itself.  Sorry, I can't remember how it got sorted either.  Maybe an update?
