All ready set up but watch requiring set up

Hi. My fitbit charge 2 is requiring setup even though it's set up and account is set up..I have it a year. Any advice on how to set it back up or reset please?

If it's displaying the setup message then it has lost connection with your account and you need to go through the setup process again.

 

In the app go to the account section (the icon looks like an ID card) and select "set up a device". Select Charge 2 and follow the prompts.
