Sync with Fitbit App is working fine. But no call or text notifications are working. I already tried the options as mentioned in https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1610 , but in vain.

@mkrishnag Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications on your Alta HR. The link is handled by the Fitbit app so you don't need to do this from the phone's bluetooth. Still you can try refreshing the link between them by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
