Why do I not get get call and messages notification from my charge 3. I got it on December as a present less than a month. I still cannot add friends

Hello @ridhi12.

 

Thanks for bringing this up. Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article.They should definitely help in getting the notifications to work with your Charge 3.

 

In the meantime please let me know what phone is that you are using with your Charge 3. As for adding friends, could you share more details on the matter? How exactly can you not add friends?
