map on app not showing up/working now

** had to restart my phone and reset my bluetooth **

 

 I have a pixel 2xl, android version 9 - charge 3

Since yesterday morning when I do my walks, the charge is not connecting with my phone for gps (it does for data sync) so I am not seeing the maps for my walks. I have restarted my charge3 and it has not made a difference. my location is on. the small phone icon at the top when I am walking has an x in it

Sorry to hear that you couldn't see the GPS map on the app. Really happy to hear that your were able to fix this issue and thank you so much for sharing what you did to fix the issue as this may help other members in the same situation.
