Alta HR Will Not Sync!

 So I have the Alta HR and it has been fine on my Huawei phone since I got it for Christmas and now it has just stopped syncing!! 

 

I have tried everything from checking the Bluetooth to Uninstalling and reinstalling the app....Have unpaired and now can not get it to connect up again! 

 

Please can someone help with this
