I have an Alta HR and a Samsung 7. Recently my Alta stopped vibrating for calls. It still notifies me of all other alerts (texts, notifications, etc.). I have restarted my Fitbit, uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone, checked the notification setting both within the app and for the phone. I am at a loss for what to try next. Any suggestions?

In this case I'd recommend that you try following the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely work in getting your Alta HR to show call notifications once more.
