I'm having the same issues that my phone with not sync. I have tried all the steps that have been given and it is still not working. I have been sitting here for over 10 minutes searching for the fit bit when I try to reset it as a new device. This is getting old! Not happy with my Fit Bit!

Hi there @Weatherbee, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I saw you are experiencing syncing issues. Yu mentioned that you have tired troubleshooting steps already, however I'm wondering which steps have you tried just to be in the same page?
As a matter of review I would like to share with you the following post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). Give it a try and see if there is something missing. Don;t forge to check if your phone model is listed among the List of Compatible Devices.
Also make sure to update your Fitbit app. During this week a new version gradually will become available to all users: Android app version 2.67 is now available - 2/27.
