I have got the Samsung Galaxy Core GT I8260 mobile phone, the 4.1.2 android version and trying to syncronize the Alta HR unsuccessfully. I have downloaded the 2.15.1 version and when im trying to pair the fitbit device with my phone it appears on the display "update your application to continue".What should i have to do? I have tried to download latest android versions but appears that are all on set.

Hello @argy320, welcome aboard to the Fitbti Community! I was reading you are having a hard time to pair and sync your tracker. Based on the version of the app you mentioned (2.15.1) on your post, this is not the most recent. This mean your phone is running an outdated version of the app and it will explain why is not possible to pair your tracker.
The most recent version of the Fitbit app for Android is 2.57.3. So if you are not able to update the app to this version, it will indicate the OS of your Android doesn't not longer support newest versions of the app and is only allowing to install the last compatible version.
If my theory is correct I suggest setting up and syncing via a different device listed as supported or using a computer as an alternative.
See you around and hope this information helps.
