Hello,
I have had this alta hr for approximately 5 months, it's been working perfectly so far except for it will no longer sync to my phone (Samsung A8). I have tried restarting my phone, resetting the watch, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, turning bluetooth on and off..
I deleted the device and tried reconnecting it, the app can find the alta and send the 4 digit code to enter to sync them back up but it just wont connect anymore.
Anything else I can try? Or anything I'm missing or forgetting to do?

One thing that has worked for me before is to "forget" the link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings.
