Hi,

My alta HR is connected to bluetooth and to the app, but it doesn't want to sync. The syncing circle just goes on and on and on... Why is that? Are they not compatible?

Let me help you get your Alta HR to sync with your P20 Pro. Thanks for sharing the details of the situation.

 

To answer your question, the P20 Pro is definitely compatible. What I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. That should definitely help in getting everything to sync again.
