Alta HR with Samsung J8

Hi there, I recently got a Fitbit Alta HR and everything works perfectly. However, I cannot get any phone notifications, it also doesn't come up as an option in my Fitbit app. Samsung J8 is not on the device list but is there any way to find out when the phone will be compatible?

Hi @Alitaw and welcome to the forums. Good job trouble shooting and checking the list. But Fitbit does not announce ahead of time when a phone will be compatible. My best advice is to make sure you keep your phone and your Fitbit app current with any updates.
