My fitbit Alta HR won't connect to my Bluetooth it keeps coming across my screen saying Alta HR connect then disconnecting from Alta HR. I have done all the trouble shooting with Optus and with Fitbit.com without any success. I have a Samsung galaxy 8A phone.
Can anyone help me?

@Ohlmus, welcome! It's great to see you around!
Let me help you with your Alta HR not syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:
- Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
- Restart your phone and restart your device.
- Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
- You can find additional suggestions here.
I also moved your post to the correct board.
Let me know how it goes.
