Best AnswerI have Galaxy S5 and a new Alta and have the same problem. I tried the reset but that didn't work. Is there anything else I can try?

Hello, I have received my new Alta but cannot sync it to my iPhone 6 or PC. It gives me the 4 digit code and tries to connect but doesn't go any further. I have tried the reset buy pushing the button on the cable and it vibrates every time I push it but the logo does not appear and it still doesn't not connect.
Any ideas please?
