Thanks for bringing this up! Let me help you figure out what is going on.
The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to restart your Fitbit and that you log out of your account and then back in. That should force everything to be reloaded and should make it all show correctly.
In the meantime I'd like to ask you to share some screenshots of what you are seeing. The screenshots will help me determine what is the best way to move forward.
