Hi there @roxebaker, it is nice to have new faces in the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are having difficulties to sync your tracker.
In this case your mobile phone does not figure among the supported devices. In this case it does not meant your phone won't work at all, but we cannot guarantee the behavior of the app in relation to the phone functionality.
It would not hurt to try the following suggestions: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). If that does not work, I suggest setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer.
