I bought my Alta about a month or two ago and it worked just fine, even on my new Motorola. Two weeks ago when the app updated it stopped syncing, I tried everything, but nothing worked. One day it just stared syncing again. My Alta stopped working AGAIN on the 12th after another new update.
I have tried restarting the tracker, uninstalling the app, deleting other Bluetooth pairings, restarting the phone, turning off Always connected, but nothing works. Please help.

@Missa18 A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! It's weird that your Alta is not syncing with your phone after updating the app. It seems that you have pretty much done all the troubleshooting steps recommended for this type of issues. In this case, my best advice is to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get you back on track.
