Best AnswerThank you for the link to the troubleshooting. I clicked the dropdown arrow under Android and here are the suggestions and my responses. Nothing has worked so far.
just got Alta and tried to pair with my bf's Galaxy S4, but cannot find the device. Tried with my iphone and can find Alta.
Tried all the trouble shooting tips linked and none worked.
Best AnswerThe bluetooth LE scanner worked for me. Slightly annoying to have another step for syncing, but it does the job.
I was having the same trouble...what I did was signed out of the app, rebooted galaxy s4, signed into the app, gave the app permission to turn on my Bluetooth, then added my device...but when I got to the connecting step I restarted my Alta hr by clicking the button on the charge cord three times in quick succession AND FINAlLY I was reconnected with my galaxy s4...don't know if that will keep it connected. I had to reconnect it this way because it had stopped syncing and when I manually synced it, it said it couldn't find my Alta. kinda of a pain hope it stays synced. 🙂
