Alta not syncing with my phone since last update

Hi
Since the recent most update, my Alta has stopped syncing. I am using OnePlus Two device with Android 6.0.1 and the version on my Alta is 21.21.36.9. Last time it had synced manually on Sept 6 at 1.48am. Pls revert & help soon. Cheers

I'm sorry to hear you encountered issues with your Fitbit Alta. In this case, I recommend you to restart your device following the steps of our friend @CindyFitbit here.
